Over the last years, an increasing number of Global Union Federations and transnational companies concluded new or updated existing framework agreements on codes of coduct. These agreements include fundamental international labour conventions, such as the right to join trade unions, or the condemnation of child labor and forced labor.
The FES Korea provides Korean translations of a selection of agreements adopted by multinational enterprises which are either doing business in South Korea or whose type of economic activities are highly relevant for this country.
This site also contains OECD Government standards for corporate behaviour and a list of FES publications linked to industrial relations and trade unions.
Thereby, FES Korea wants to contribute to create an environment for social dialogue in South Korea and elsewhere.
